Description
Understanding the anatomical structures of the eye and their development is very important for the RetCam imager.
This course will cover a basic understanding of anatomical features of the eye with each area illustrated and defined.
A breakdown of how each structure is developed through the embryonic and fetal periods will be reviewed alone with a review of associated developmental abnormalities.
Learning Objectives:
At the end of the presentation, the attendee will be able to:
- Recognize and define pertinent ocular structures
- Understand possible abnormalities associated with development
- Understand the importance of RetCam Ultra-Wide Field Imaging
