Description
Fluorescein angiography (FA) is a diagnostic aid to examine the circulation of the retinal blood vessels. In pediatric eye disease, Fluorescein Angiography allows a high level view of what is happening inside the eye.
This course will cover a basic understanding of how Fluorescein Angiography and how it is performed.
Learning Objectives:
At the end of the presentation, the attendee will be able to:
- Describe what Fluorescein Angiography is, why it is recommended, and how is it performed
- Understand the theory of operation as it relates to RetCam imaging
- Understand the benefits of Fluorescein Angiography
